The Flag Leaders Award is a one day course designed to give teachers, sports coaches and volunteers the skills and knowledge they need to be able to lead flag American Football sessions.
Details:
Module One: Sports Leadership (3 hours) - for those with no formal coaching, leadership or teaching qualifications.
Module Two: Sport Specific Component (4 hours) - Those with formal coaching, leadership or teaching qualifications are able to opt to take this module only.
Course packages for schools and colleges: We are able to deliver the course for schools and colleges, please get in touch for details. The package includes equipment, further resources and the option to have Academy coaches deliver in curriculum time.

The Level One Certificate in Coaching American Football is a one day course designed to give an introduction to coaching the sport safely delivered by the British American Football Coaches Association.
Topics covered include safety in American Football, basic coaching principles and safeguarding.
On completion, the course qualifies attendees to coach full-contact American Football.
